Postage & Packaging Information

I take the utmost care when packaging your purchase/s to ensure that they will reach their destination in the same condition that I have sent them.  

All brads, charm, eyelets, ribbons etc. are sent in bubble lined tough bags. This ensures that they will not become damaged during transit.

I do not under any circumstances post embellishments in normal paper envelopes and I would urge you to not purchase embellishments from a seller who does. When an item in posted in a standard paper envelope, it is put through a letter sorting machine. Sorting machines are not made to deal with metal etc. and they WILL tear envelopes and they WILL damage your brads, charms and eyelets - they will often arrive bent & crushed, providing they have not already fallen out of the envelope! Posting embellishments in a normal envelope is cheaper - but your items will arrive damaged or will be lost during transit.

All 12 x 12 papers/card are sent in a waterproof clip lock bag inside a pizza box - a new, unused one of course! This ensures that your papers/card arrive undamaged, uncreased and in perfect condition.

I do not charge a handling fee, however I do charge for packaging materials. This is often $1.00 for a bubble lined bag and minimal cost for cliplock bags/pizza boxes/bubble wrap etc.

All stock advertised for sale, is stock that I have 'On Hand'. I do not offer items for sale that I literally do not have ready to post straight out, because of this, your items are posted out as quickly as possible!

From the moment you place your order and make payment, I endeavour to have your item packed and posted within 24 hours (excluding weekends).  If you need an order urgently, Express Post is available. Keep in mind that Express post can become expensive, and will need to be arranged with us.

Registered Post is of course available and for a minimal cost of $2.60, I do encourage that you utilise the registered post service.

Once your item has been packed, you will receive notification of when it will be posted.

As I use Australia Post, standard Aus Post domestic delivery times will apply. Generally, you can expect your parcel within 3 - 7 working days, or up to 14 days for rural/remote areas.

Please keep in mind that although I send out your items as quickly as I am able to, Postage times are controlled by Australia Post, and as such, delivery dates/times cannot be guaranteed.
