| A:I will only refund if item is faulty. Please ask questions before bidding if you are not sure on colour, size etc. I do not refund cd's or dvd's or if you thought item was different colour or size. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Items are shipped nearly everyday, so if you are in Australia expect item within about 7 working days. Overseas about 2 - 4 weeks. Please allow a little extra time over the holiday periods. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Depends on the weight of the item. In Australia I use pre paid satchels 500gm ($5.50 reg or $7.50 express) or under 3kg ($9.00 reg or $10 express). Overseas is charged at standard Air Mail rates. No handling charges. |
