How to purchase multiple items with combined postage Sometimes customers find, when attempting to checkout after buying more than one charm, that eBay hasn't combined the shipping correctly. In response to this, I've compiled these instructions to avoid overcharging of postage...
The important thing to remember is not to click 'pay now' at any time if you are going to request the total from me. Or, if you prefer to proceed through checkout yourself, you should only click 'pay now' when you've finished shopping and all the charms are already in your shopping basket. Note If you click 'pay now' every time you add a charm to your basket the postage fee will be added to each charm, ie it won't be combined.
- Go into the listing of the charm you'd like and click "buy now" and then click "commit to buy" which follows "buy now". Do not click "pay now".
- Repeat the above for each charm you'd like.
- When you've finished shopping, click 'request total from seller' and include any relevant information in the notes, eg if you'd like your charms sent via registered or express post, or to an alternative address etc.
- That's all there is to it, I will send your combined invoice shortly after that. If at any time you have any questions or problems, feel free to email me and I'll do what I can to sort it out.
Please make contact within 3 days and send payment within 7 days after end of auction/purchase, unless other arrangements have been made. If you prefer not to use check-out, please click 'request total' when you've finished shopping and I will provide and invoice. Feel free to email me at any time regarding your transaction. I'm always happy to combine postage if you're still shopping and wish to add more items to your order but please let me know - I often have too many orders going through to be aware of this. Likewise, if you've paid for an item and then buy others which you wish to include with the first order, please let me know as I post things fast once payment is received!

I always combine postage (ie any additional items in the same parcel ship free); see table below for shipping costs. Combined postage is valid across 7 days. Once payment is received, your item/s will ship the same day or next business day and will be thoughtfully and responsibly packaged to avoid damage in transit. Please note that I cannot take responsibility for items once they're posted.

International Buyers Items will be sent regular Airmail which normally takes 5-14 days and does not provide tracking. Please email me for a quote if you require insurance/tracking. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any charges, such as import duty or taxes, that might be incurred by overseas customs offices.

If you wish to return an item for a refund, you must notify your
intention to return it, in writing to:
wildviolet@amandajo.com.au within 10 days from the date that
your order was dispatched. Items should be returned in the same
condition as when sold. They must be sent via Registered Post
and in a padded envelope. Please enclose your name and address,
bank details or Paypal email for refund, item number/s and
details of the item/s you are returning. Please note that you
will not be refunded the postage, unless I have made an error.
Refunds are processed within 7 days from our receipt of the
item.
I will always leave feedback soon after a transaction is
complete. I do not wait for customers to leave me feedback
before I do. I work very hard to maintain a good reputation and
do what I can to make purchasing an easy and pleasant experience
for my customers, so please note that once left, feedback is
permanent. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback so that I
have a chance to rectify the problem. This is what eBay
