Conditions of Sale

• The successful high bidder must complete the sale transaction within 4 days
  from the date of receipt of email notification following the end of the sale.
• All item prices include GST. GST is separated in the invoice you receive at the checkout for your convenience.
• All payments made payable direct to 'Wild Earth'
• Wild Earth adheres to all trading rules applied by eBay.
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.
• We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies unless negative feedback has been left or threatened.
• For queries regarding any issue with item received please contact us at service@wildearth.com.au and indicate your eBay items number with every correspondence.

Returns

• Unless stated otherwise in the item description we offer a 7 day exchange policy if the item was substantially not as described in the auction or is completely damaged on arrival. Minor variations in model, color, specifications are not usually reason for a refund.
• Buyer must return the item within 7 days of auction in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and copy of the invoice. All returns must be boxed and backed securely for shipping. Refund provided at our discretion within 7 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless item is damaged or incorrect on arrival.
• If size is incorrect (such as for clothing) you may return the item to Wild Earth at buyer’s expense in exchange for the correct size within 7 days. Please take care in measuring size to ensure correct fit.
• We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid.

Warranties and claims

Goods are covered by manufacturer warranties. On your behalf we will assist to repair, exchange or provide a credit note for the goods subject to the agreement of the customer. If the goods are not repairable, you will be eligible for a new replacement, exchange or store credit. Refunds are not granted on warranty claims unless the same product has become discontinued and unavailable.
We do not refund postage, or cover the cost of return postage on after-use warranty claims, as your warranty is a manufacturer warranty not a Wild Earth warranty. However if the product is damaged or incorrect upon receiving your postage will be refunded and replaced.

Delivery

• Item will not be shipped until payment has been received in full
• Postage is calculated by Australia Post or courier and is based on weight or cubic weight of the item. 
• Dispatch of goods is arranged by us through Australia Post Parcel service or  Courier Company
• Please allow up to 2 - 7 working days for Australian delivery, and 5 -14 days for international orders, although in most cases delivery is much quicker.
• No weekend or after hours delivery available.
• Wild Earth is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
• If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavour to resolve any issues prior to leaving feedback.
• If negative feedback is left we will deem this as a completion of our obligations and no further resolution will be offered.

• WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO ENSURE THAT THE GOODS ARE AS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING HOWEVER OCCASIONALLY SOME VARIATIONS MAY OCCUR IN COLOR, MODEL, SPECIFICATIONS, OR OTHER ASPECTS. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE SALE PRICE OF THE RELEVANT GOODS.
