TERMS OF USE By purchasing either a custom design or premade template or graphic you are agreeing to abide by these terms of use. All designs, graphics, html coding, scripts and fonts used in and created by WOWitUp are subject to Copyright. By purchasing or placing an order you are buying a LICENSE to use the purchased graphics, templates, html coding scripts and fonts for your sole use ONLY on any Auction site owned and operated by you. You are NOT entitled to add, create, alter or use any part of the template including graphics on your website or any other site other than standard Auction sites. If you want to use the template or any graphics on any website you MUST notify me and provide full details of estimated useage. A license fee will be charged to cover image hosting. If backup images are provided you will have to host your own template images on your website (I do not offer free image hosting for websites). Any violations can result in the cancelling of all image hosting leaving a blank page with red x's (not a good look). You are NOT buying nor ever own ownership of any graphics or template design outright. WOWitUp or any other graphic designer or copyright owner of image retains ownership on all graphics and template designs including custom made graphics and designs. Template designs and graphics cannot be copied (other than for your own use) sold, shared, emailed, given away, altered, disassembled, any other printed or digital form, collections, or used by any other third party without the express permission of WOWitUp. This includes the copying, editing or using to create business cards, banners, websites, My Space etc without first paying an add on LICENSE fee or obtaining permission to do so. Web, Graphic and Template designers may not use any of WOWitUp graphics created and copyrighted to WOWitup to create sets, designs, logo's, banners, resell, copy or edit graphics in any way without obtaining written permission. WOWitUp cannot be responsible for any graphics or images supplied by clients as being copyright free and inserts them on the understanding that they are either owned, purchased or created by client. If a copyright issue ever comes up and I am contacted by owner, designer etc I will remove image hosting to that graphic immediately. WOWitUp grants you permission and freedom to use the designed template, graphics, images etc. for as long as you like but no editing of html code, image etc can be changed, altered or edited in any way appart from resizing without first obtaining permission and advising of your intentions. WOWitUp warrants not to sell copies of custom designs in the same layout (this does NOT exclude similar graphics being used in different designs and formats. This does not exclude some portion or similar images being used in a different layout and for a different purposes. WOWitUp copyright notice MUST remain as it appears in the template/graphics that are sent to you. |
