| A:All shipments are sent by Australia Post within 2 business days of payment. Whilst I cannot give an exact shipping time I have found that packages arrive at Australian addresses in 3-7 days and international addresses in 5-30 days. |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, I ship to all countries except those with high fraud rates such as Indonesia, Nigeria, Eastern Europe |
| Q:Is the lens cap included? |

| A:If it is mentioned in the description and shown in the pictures then yes. Otherwise, no. |
| Q:I live near you. Can I pick it up? |

| A:Sorry, pickup is not an option. There are many reasons why experienced sellers avoid this situation and you can often read some of their comments in the Community Forums. |
| Q:What if it is lost or damaged in transit? |
|
| A:Insurance is available and recommended for all shipments as I do not accept responsibility once I hand the parcel to Australia Post for shipping. You can easily add insurance as an extra at the eBay checkout when making payment. Within Australia the cost is US$3 + US$2 per $100 of cover and for all other destinations it is US$4 + US$3 per $100. |

| A:It is not possible for me to keep track of the rates and regulations in all countries. Please call the Customs Dept. in your country. |
| Q:How much is the shipping? |

| A:Please look lower down in the listing and you will see the shipping rates. If you are in Asia and your country is not shown then the rate is the same as Japan. |
| Q:Can I pay by bank transfer? |

| A:I only accept payments by Paypal. Paypal is quick and efficient and it also offers you full protection. |
| Q:Is there any dust in the lens? |
|
| A:The description is made honestly and describes to the best of my ability what I see with the naked eye. Please bear in mind that many of my cameras are over 40 years old so under magnification you might see some dust or other imperfections. Please also bear in mind I am older than the cameras so my eyesight might not be quite as good as yours. |
| Q:Is there a warranty? |

| A:I guarantee that the item does not significantly differ from the description. If it does then I offer a full refund. I cannot offer an ongoing warranty. Please bear in mind that many of my cameras are over 40 years old. |
