I do not generally accept Money orders or Cheques, due to the delays incurred by postage (I only check my PO Box once a week). Personal cheques are subject to fund clearance before the item is despatched.

If you are paying by Bank Deposit, PLEASE use your eBay ID as payment reference, so I can expedite your delivery.

Non-paying bidders waste both time and money.

Non paying bidders will be both reported and given negative feedback. If there are extenuating circumstances surrounding payment, just email me and let me know - I'm generally pretty flexible... Common courtesy prevails, and we'll work something out.

I consider 48 hours after a sale plenty sufficient time to make contact, either by checkout or email. If there has been no evidence of checkout or payment after that amount of time, I shall issue an invoice or a reminder. If nothing is heard after another 48 hours, I begin the Non Paying Bidder reporting process.

No payment + no contact = no patience.

I am happy to combine lots to save on postage. In most cases, I will post item on the next (working) day of receipt of payment.

I do not usually charge for packaging and handling. Within Australia, postage will usually be by pre-paid postage satchel. Therefore, combined postage is calculated by weight using the following scale, regardless of the number of items purchased:

• Under 0.5Kg: - $5.00
• Over 0.5Kg but Under 3Kg: $9.00
• Packages under 0.5Kg, but of a cubic size too big to fit in a $5.00 prepaid postage satchel will be sent and charged as a 3Kg postage satchel. (ie, $9.00).
• Packages weighing over 3Kg, or of a cubic size too big to fit in a prepaid postage satchel will be charged postage based on Australia Post's postage calculator.
• To countries outside Australia, postage (where applicable) will be charged postage based on Australia Post's international postage calculator.

Please note that I cannot and will not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. All items are sold, packaged and posted in good faith and in the condition as described in each individual item listing.
As mentioned above, I use pre-paid postage satchels for postage within Australia - this helps to standardise and minimise postage incurred. Unfortunately, the downside of using this form of postage is the inability to track an item once it has been posted. In an effort to guard against loss or damage in transit, For items over $20AUD, I strongly recommend postage insurance and/or registered mail. These postage options will be at extra cost to the buyer.
