Refunds only applicable for a new item that is faulty.

We are happy to refund ONLY if your item is faulty, there are NO refunds if you change your mind, the buyer must contact us within 2 days to advise that the item is faulty and the item must be returned within 14 days in the same condition and packaging as received. We will refund the cost of the faulty item and the original postage paid, but the return postage is payable by the buyer.

NO refunds on used items, the description for these items state the condition and any damage visible.
