Our DVDs are either Region 4 for Australian DVD players or ALL Region for worldwide use.
Most of our DVDs are PAL format but some are NTSC.
Please check the listing for REGION and FORMAT details to ensure the DVD you buy will work on your DVD player.

Payment should be made within 7 days of purchase/end of auction.
Please use the CHECKOUT after purchase. It will help ensure we both have all the details we need to complete the transaction smoothly. (or delays may result).
When we receive your payment we will post very quickly (Usually within 1 business day).
We will send you a message to let you know it’s on its way.
We take responsibility for delivering the parcel to the post office on your behalf.
We cannot however, take responsibility for how the postal service handles your parcel once we have delivered it safely to them.
If you think your parcel has taken too long to arrive you should contact us to ensure it has been sent.
When we post, we address the parcel as specified on the order.
(PLEASE ENSURE THIS ADDRESS IS CORRECT).
We usually use padded bags, and regular parcel post.
EXPRESS POST and REGISTERED POST are available for most listings. (extra charge applies)
If they are not yet shown as an option in the listing you will need a quote, contact us before you pay.
NOTE: Regular Parcel post is not available for some listings, Registered or Express post will be available instead.

Our postage & handling charges and our postage discount policy are clearly stated for every listing. Please make yourself aware of them before you bid/purchase.
There is a difference between the cost of postage to us and the price we charge you. This is the fee for packaging and handling, it covers packaging materials and the actual preparing and dispatching of your order. (Our parcels do not pass as letters, they are processed as parcels, due to the size of the padded bags we use to protect your order.)

Postage and handling will need to be quoted if it’s not already displayed in the listing.

We handle requests for returns on an individual basis. If there is a problem with your order please contact us to resolve the issue.
The best way to contact us is via the ebay messaging system using the “Ask Seller a Question ” link on the listing of the item (or one of the items) you are enquiring about. We check these messages regularly.
If we do not respond within 24 hours it may be that we did not get your message (Especially if you did not use the ebay message system).
