What if I send a Cheque?
Cheques and direct deposit funds must clear before postage.

How long does a cheque or direct deposit take to clear?
Cheques 3-5 working days.
Direct deposits 1-2 working days

Can the postage be tracked?
Yes – we use Registered postage on all sales so you can rest assure your items can be located during delivery.

Are postage discounts available?
Yes, we offer postage discount on multiple purchases. The postage cost depends on weight and size. Please email so we can give you accurate costs. Where possible we will combine postage.

What happens if I want more than one of an item?
Please email us and we can check stock levels and also offer you a postage discount.

Will I receive a receipt?
Yes, all our stock is sent with an invoice attached for proof of purchase.

I am interested in your ranges but need help selecting products as I have a skin condition or problem?
Email us immediately with your concerns and we can taylor a routine to assist you. We also have programs suited to certain conditions that we can email directly to you.

I have been searching for a health and beauty item but cannot source it, can you help me?
Of course, we can email our suppliers and check if they stock the item for you. Please email us with all the details including brand, model number and any other relevant information.

I am purchasing for a gift, can the item be sent direct?
We send a lot of gifts direct for customers, we can also gift wrap at a minimal fee. Please ensure you contact us immediately with the variation in shipping address and details. The postage costs are the same as long as the item is sent within Australia. For overseas gifts, please email for a postage quote.
