Shop Bluebottle Shipping Information
Shipping
Most orders are sent via Australia Post. All orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details.
All items with a value greater than $50.00 are shipped with Registered Post. Insurance is available upon request, at an additional charge.
Express Post, courier services and Local Pick Up are also avalable, contact us to discuss your shipping requirements.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are ‘Flat Rate’ for all Australian States and Territories.
Prices are based on the size and weight of the items, and include a nominal ‘Packaging and Handling’ charge.
Combined Shipping
Combined Shipping is calculated where multiple items are purchased at the same time, and can be shipped together.
An email will be sent detailing the Combined Shipping Charges, and the Total Amount Payable.
In cases where Combined Shipping is calculated after payment has been made, we will refund the difference within 28 days.
Combined Shipping is not available on some products, and is only applicable when items are shipped together.
Loss and Damage in Transit
All orders are packed securely in Australia Post ‘Post Packs’ or thoughtfully enclosed in a sturdy cardboard box.
All items are shipped at your risk, Shop Bluebottle will not be liable for any loss or damage during transit.
If you are concerned, please contact us to arrange an 'Insured' shipping method, at your additional cost.
Items Shipped via Express and Registered Post have unique Tracking Numbers, which we provide all customers via email with our ‘Confirmation of Dispatch’ notification.
Shipping Delays
Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay.
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. We will advise suitable alternative products and/or offer a refund.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products still in their original sale condition, or are found to be faulty; on presentation of the original Shop Bluebottle Tax Invoice.
Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
