About lost parcel
We understand how terrible it is if
you do not receive the parcel, but please understand that lost parcel is not our
fault, as delivery delay or some other reasons, this do happen sometime, here is
how we handle lost parcel:
Parcel delivery process:
Postman delivery parcel to your
door, if you are not at home, they will leave you a note and ask you to claim
your parcel in your local post office. Post office will keep parcel for sometime
(normally one month time), if still no one claim the parcel, they will send the
parcel back to me.
What you should do when you did not
receive the parcel in 14 business days:
Please go to your local post office
and ask for your parcel form China, 80% buyers found their parcel in their local
post office, so please do check with them, it save a lot of trouble for both of
us.
What I will do:
Please trust our reputation on ebay,
we never leave our customer alone when this happen, we always can solve the
problem for you.
We will wait for sometime (within 2
month), when we receive the returned parcel, we will ask you whether you like
refund or resend it to you, we will do whatever you like. |
