Q:What is the Item Condition?
A:Most of our items have been loved and cherished in another time. By its very nature, vintage is often not perfect so please keep this in mind.
Q:What is your return policy?
A:Generally we don't accept returns except in unusual cases or if an item has been grossly misrepresented which we try to avoid by posting a sufficient number of pictures and describing all major condition flaws. We don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. Please contact us immediately if there are any problems with your purchase
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, we love to combine shipping whenever possible. Just let us know if you are still shopping and we will wait to total all items and combine shipping costs.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:We ship Monday-Friday. We pride ourselves in lightening fast shipping, generally within 24-48 hours after your payment is received. International first class mail shipments require a trip to the Post Office and these purchases ship within 48-72 hours of payment receipt.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:YES, we embrace the opportunity to sell globally and ship to many international locations. We also rather like the idea that our items are being appreciated and worn on other continents. Please note, however, that we will not entertain falsifying customs declaration forms to avoid customs duties. We will, however, indicate an item as "used".
Q:Why don't you leave feedback after I pay?
A:Our stance on this issue is quite simple. We want satisfied customers and want to know about any potential problems. By reciprocating on feedback left, we are reassured that the transaction has ended with a satisfied customer, our #1 goal.
Q:What type of payments do you accept?
A:We accept Pay Pay. All payments must be in our hands within 5 days of purchase.
Q:What if I have an emergency and can't pay within 5 days?
A:This is where communication comes in. Just let us know if there's an issue and we'll work with you but please don't ignore our invoices or emails as we will assume you are non-paying bidder
Q:What are your hours of operation?
A:We offer 24/7 online shopping for your pleasure. Emails will be answered Monday - Fridays. Our goal is to respond to all emails within 24 hours but recognize that this may not be possible, particularly on weekends which are reserved for family :)
Q:What do you specialize in?
A:Nothing and everything. Of course, all of us have a particular era that we are fond of....We always have plenty of 60s mod, hippie, bohemian, 70's disco, and accessories.

A:Quite simply, our mission is to provide a pleasant and fun online shopping experience and to provide quality vintage and recycled clothing at reasonable prices to members of eBay's global community. Our guiding principle is to do our utmost to provide excellent customer satisfaction and to conduct business in an honest and straightforward manner.
Q:Why don't you use live models?
A:It's quite simple. We're a small operation and cannot afford to employ models. Our focus is on bringing value and content and not on stage setting. We hope that those who buy from us will be repeat customers and spread the word about the quality we offer. For now we use mannequins in various sizes.
