What parts are there in a button badge and what makes our button badges good?

Button badges are made up of 5 components - a pin, a backing piece, a shell, an image and a cover. We have spent a lot of time sourcing and testing components of several different types from multiple suppliers and manufacturers. Having done this we can confidently say we have chosen to use the best components available. This means your badges will be solid, sturdy, nice and shiny and completely scratch free. Our backing piece is made of plastic making our badges more durable and also meaning they won’t ever rust like cheap metal and tin backing pieces can. Our wire pins are made with stainless steel.

Our badge images are printed with hi-colour inks on bright white paper at 600dpi protected with a premium gloss mylar cover. All badges are carefully assembled by hand and checked prior to shipping. The machine we use has a special crimping function making it impossible for the face to ever fall off. We are proud of the product we sell and trust you will be pleased with your purchase.

How big are our badges?

All badges measure 25mm / 1inch in diameter. They are a similar size to an Australian ten cent coin or an American quarter piece. Please kindly note that the image provided is for indicative purposes only and due to variances in computer monitor resolutions the image may not be to scale

Can we make ‘em any bigger?

Nope, we only make them in one size. 25mm / 1inch in diameter. We only make the cute ones.
