Once you have made your payment we will automatically send you an email to let you know your payment has been received. A second email will be sent to let you know when your items have been shipped. Items sent within Australia generally arrive within 7 days from the dispatch date
Items sent to ALL other countries generally arrive within 14 to 21 days from dispatch date

Australian Bank Deposit Bank details for direct deposit payment will be displayed when you finalise the check out process. When paying by bank deposit it is essential to leave an appropriate identifying reference such as your name, item number or item title so that we know who the payment has come from. Failure to do so may complicate the tracking of your payment and will delay the dispatch of your badges. A courtesy message after your deposit has been made is always appreciated.

Australia Post Money Orders We accept Australia Post money orders. Our address for mailing Australia Post money orders and name for payment will be displayed when you finalise the check out process.

Bank cheques and Personal Cheques Bank and personal cheques are accepted but only if they are in Australian dollars. If you send a bank cheque or personal cheque and it is not in Australian dollars then we will send it back to you. International Money Orders Sorry, but we do not accept international money orders. If you send us an international money order we will send it back to you.

Unpaid items If payment has not been received within 14 days we will send an automated payment reminder email. In the days following we will send personal message via the eBay message system to check on progress. If after 28 days payment has still not been received an Unpaid Item Case will be opened with unpaid item strikes are awarded to non paying buyers.
