We will contact you via invoice well within 12 hours of the auction closing. If you haven't received an invoice it may be as a result of your computers spam blocker or security system (make sure you check your Spam or Junk email folder). We require checkout and payment notification within 48 hours of the auction closing and payment should be completed within three days, however, we do understand basic issues and will happily wait for payment within seven days if you email us and explain your circumstances.
A payment reminder will be sent out after 5 days of the auction closing. If no contact has been made after 7 days an Unpaid Item Reminder (UPI) will be sent to the winning bidder.
Please note that this process does not and will not result in neutral or negative feedback! Also realise that this is not a complaint, it is just the process that is available to sellers to ensure prompt payment is received.
While within eBay this is termed a dispute, you do not receive an unpaid item strike unless you do not make contact with us, or just don’t pay. This is something that has to be done otherwise we can not claim a Final Value Fee credit from eBay (which means we end up having to pay the fees for unpaid items).
