TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing a bid on any of our auctions, the bidder agrees to the terms & conditions set out in these clauses:
Þ We reserve the right to cancel bids from users with overall negative feedback
Þ Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close or contact made to organise payment. Payment can be made by electronic bank funds transfer if delivery is required. Otherwise, cash on pickup.
Þ Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 7 days. An unpaid item dipute will be lodged with eBay
Þ Winning bidder assumes all risk of liability with respect to the purchase of the product.
Þ All sales are final, Sold as is no returns
Þ While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional. Referring to any furniture related auction items, the image and colour is as described in ad text as best as possible as the item colour can differ form the photo slightly especially in the timber.
Þ We will leave positive feedback for all successful transactions.
Þ Items on auction that are described as Brand New Ex-Demo condition is reduced in prices for quick auction clearance items that have been used for photography or display demo items and may not be 100% perfect.
Þ ONLY the item described is included in the auction. Any accessories shown in the photo that are not explicitly described in the auction text are not included. Hence, please review all advertising text & pictures & subject headings to understand what is for auction. For example if dining table is for auction only, images may show the dining table with accessories such as matching dining chairs & cushions that may not be included in the auction purchase but available separately.
CHECKOUT:
Þ After completion of the auction , the winning bidder will receive an email within 24 hours of the auction close to make contact re: pickup arrangements
Þ Buyer is responsible for shipping charges. If there is any cancellation of purchase by the buyer, a 50% restocking fee applies.
Þ Will deliver only within Australia:
Please note that should the option of paypal is to be chosen as method of payment, then this will attract an administration handling charge of five percent of the total amount owed. Otherwise, save on costs by using the preferred payment to save time & admin handling to process orders A) for pickup in cash easiest to identify payee & associated goods OR B) delivery required(prepayment) internet banking deposit by using your ebay user id as reference.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
(service on delivery will include careful handling of packaging & individually sealed for safe delivery)
Regular delivery (within Sydney metro): please email your suburb/postcode for accurate courier costs
Other delivery (within Australia): please email me your suburb& postcode for a regular COURIER delivery quote. If you need insurance on top of postage, please notify us.
Turn around time: 1-2 days ship out immediately once payment has been made. We pride ourselves on prompt delivery and turnaround service.
PICKUP DETAILS:
Item is located in St Marys external warehouse, pickup to be arranged in advance! Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. External warehouse is not opened on weekends at all.
Pickup handling/Admin surcharge applies.
