When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Scheduled despatch date is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and next business day despatch if you’ve paid for express services. (NSW and Australia public holidays excepted)
We agree to despatch your order within 2 business days of your purchase. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.
Standard Domestic.: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days) Registered Domestic.: 5 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days) Express Domestic.: 2 to 6 business days after shipping International Standard: 3 to 6 weeks ( may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays) International Express: 5 to 10 business days after shipping ( may take upto 4 weeks due to customs clearance or delays)

Postage and handling charge
Shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose.
If you choose to combine items, you'll be charged for the highest shipping cost for one item, and get 5% off postage for each additional item in that shipment. (Over size & Higher value items over $50 excepted)
E.g. Item one’s postage charge is $1.95, item two’s postage charge is $4.95. The 5% postage discount applies to item one, not item two. Hence the total combined postage charge payable is $4.95 plus $1.95 minus $1.95x 5% = $ 6.80
Postage and handling fee for each item is to offset the costs of fuel increase, packaging and labor, as well as the actual postage required. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and cubic-based, it is not simply the postage paid label or the face value of the stamps. Shipping costs are an inherent feature in any mail-order service, and we hope that you will understand. (From 7th July 08, Australia Post charges will be increased by approx 5% for domestic services)
Combine postage
Combine postage doesnot apply to 'Free postage and handling' items. If a purchase contains one 'free p/h' item and one full rate p/h item, the full rate p/h will not be discounted by the combine postage rate. However, if you bought three items, as two items are full rate p/h items, the combine postage applies to the least cost p/h item and etc.
For pick up customers, please pay cash on Pick up and quote four digit the sales order number to enable a faster process.
International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations; please check with your Custom for any shipping restriction. All international orders are posted to your paypal address only.
Bulky & higher value orders delivery
We use courier services that require a physical signature as proof of delivery, please provide your daytime delivery address where signature can be obtained, (i.e. not a PO BOX) as well as a valid daytime contact number for delivery confirmation. Please send these details via email after you’ve received our payment confirmation email.
