Payment and Shipping:

Payment must be made within two days of winning bid unless you are buying mulitple items. In which case payment must be made two days afer the last auction win.

The item will be shipped within 2 days of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: If you bid on more than one item you MUST have the items posted registered. 

Lifetime Guarantee:
 

The lifetime guarantee is against tarnishing, discolouration and fading. No replacements will be given for broken items unless the items are broken on arrival, in which case they must be returned within 7 days.

The item must be sent back and accompanied by proof of purchase (no exceptions):

the original invoice and

the original guarantee slip.

Jewellery Giveaway:
 

Each individual item must be bid over $25 to qualify for this offer

Items MUST be paid for together in the same transaction

Items must be purchased from the same site. i.e. you can not purchase one item from Glamourgirl09 and one from mydiamondsandgold and qualify for the offer

Postage and Handling is NON-refundable

Item  is to be returned in original condition and at buyers expense. A $5 administration fee is also applicable per item (please send this back with the returned item)

By asking for a refund you are agreeing to leave us positive feedback. In some cases you may be asked to leave positive feedback before the refund is issued.

the buyer is responsible for any parcels that may go missing in transit. We strongly recomend you register all returned items

the item must be returned within 7 days. This means the post return date must not be more than 10 days after the date we posted the item out.

Refunds will be issued within 72 hours of receipt of returned item and refund details being received.
