| A:Go into postage and payment, add your postcode and then press calculate. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If the item is not as described or arrives damaged, contact us, email some pictures and describe problem. A full refund of purchase price may apply. If you wish to return the item you must pay the return postage. Non receipt of item is not grounds for a refund, registered mail will give peace of mind on this, as will paypal payment |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We combine shipping on all purchases. Our current charge for this is $3 per extra item in the same package. Select combined option at checkout or ask for a combined invoice. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Currently posting Thursday and Friday, payment must clear before postage. Express post may be requested but Australia Post cannot guarantee next day delivery from our location. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Shipping and handling charge is generally $3. On larger parcels $4 or $5. This reflects the cost of the boxes, bubble wrap and void fill, as well as an allowance for us to locate and pack your item safely. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We will ship internationally via Air Mail. Due to the cost please check before you bid, it will be very expensive on heavier items. |
