Payments

If you are the winner of the auction, you will receive an "end of auction notice" from Ebay and an invoice from us within 24 hours of our listing ended.

We only accept 5 different options of payment:

1.      Bank deposit

2.      Money order

3.      Internet banking

4.      Personal cheque (Australian only)

5.      Paymate or Paypal ( the only option for oversea buyers, and no recommend for Australian, if using by Australians, need pay extra A$5.50 for every A$100.00 of sale price to recover paypal charge and insurance charge. if sale price under A$100.00, will be counted as A$100.00.)

Cash deposit may be the fastest way to pay, if you use Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

If you deposit cash in other banks like National Bank of Australia, it still may take one or two working days to appears in our bank account. And also the banks may charge you fees for the transfer money to our Commonwealth Bank account.

Internet banking still may take one or two working days, depend on where you are and which bank you use.

All cheques normally can be cleared within 3 - 4 working days, and money order or personal cheques apply to Australian Customers only.

If you are outside of Australia, please use Paymate or Paypal that is perfered.

Please make the payment within 3 working days after receiving our invoice email. (Unless you have contact us for combine shipping) If the payments are not made within the time period specified, we couldn’t guarantee the availability of the item(s).

Buyer can get our bank account information by click the "pay now" button shown just next to the item you had won.

We also give you our Bank details with the invoice.

Please kindly reference your payment with ebay ID. This can help us to identify your payment and post it quickly.

After the payment cleared in our account, we will ship the item within 1 - 2 working days.

Combined shipping charges

We offer combine-shipping charge for our customer, if all items bought are within 3 days since the first item won.

The payment must be paid in full in once for all items that will be combined shipping. one combined shipping charge, one mail package.

Refund Policy

General speaking, you should contact us first, after we agree, send the item back to us within one week since you received this item, if the item still was in original conditions, we will refund this item to you. No shipping charges refundable.
