Australian buyer:

According to paypal seller's protection policy. All the items must be sent by Australia post registered parcel to be eligible covered by paypal seller's protection.

Therefore, If you intend to pay by paypal. You must select Australia post registered parcel with insurance or express platnium instead by express post.

International buyer:

Australia post does not provide EMS door to door tracking service.

Only DHL/ UPS/ FEDEX provide door to door tracking. As the courier service is very expensive also the customs ristriction. All the international orders will be sent from overseas branch by express with door to door online tracking with insurance.
