Any and all use of the site and/or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of miioutlet.
We can not guarantee that all colour monitors will accurately reflect the colours of our products, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused as a result of poor colour representation.
Price and GST
Prices quoted on this site are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are correct at the time of publishing. GST is included for purchase within Australia where applicable.
All items are subject to availability.
In using this web site, the user shall agree to indemnify us against all claims, liability, damages, losses and costs arising from any breach of these conditions by the user or the use by any person accessing the website using user's membership information.
We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any order or refuse to transact with any person for any reason whatsoever and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to withdraw any of the products advertised or offered at any time. Descriptions and prices on this web site are displayed on an invitation to treat basis only, and do not constitute a legally binding offer.
Any waiver by us of any of our rights under these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights in relation to any proceeding or succeeding breach of any term.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice, whereupon the user will be deemed to accept these changes, and it is the responsibility of all users to check the conditions regularly.
Payment policy
We accept credit card payments by Visa and Master cards (excluding credit card payments made from Africa, Indonesia, Vietnam and Eastern Europe), bank deposit, Australian money order, Paypal and Paymate.
We reserve the right to verify the identity of the purchaser and/or decline to complete the transaction in case of suspected fraud.
Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery will only be made to the credit card or verified address.
We have dispatching centres worldwide. Your item will usually be sent from our dispatching centres in Australia or overseas dispatching centre.
Insurance is optional with all orders sent by Australia Post. Please contact us should you wish to insure your purchase during delivery.
All items are insured if dispatched from our overseas dispatching centres.
Items sent to address outside Australia or USA may be subject to various customs tax or duties which must be borne by the purchaser.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by you when ordering, rather than to a specific individual. Therefore you should only use an address that is secure and where all persons are known to you. If there is nobody at the address to accept the delivery a notification card will be left informing you to pick up the goods from your local Post Office.
In the event that a parcel is received in a damaged condition please contact us before you open the parcel, we will then instruct you as to the best measures to take.
Please not that all delivery time frames are as suggested by Australia Parcel Post services and are not guaranteed, as occasionally delays are incurred and these delays are out of our control. Please contact Australian Post on 13 13 18 for more information regarding delivery time frames.
Refund and Returns Policy
miioutlet endeavours to make sure you are happy with our service and product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return your purchase, please read the following returns policy.
All goods are carefully checked for any imperfections before dispatch. If you are concerned about possible damage or lost during transit, please contact us before payment for insurance coverage. All insurance claims are subject to the terms and conditions of Australian Post which can be found by contact them on 13 13 18.
If you are returning your purchase because the goods are not of merchantable quality or different from description, you may return your purchase to receive full exchange within 7 days of receipt provided that the goods are returned in the original state as they were sent to you. You are responsible for the cost of sending your purchase back to miioutlet
Your mobile phone warranty
Your brand new mobile phone is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for 12 months, and you can take your mobile phone to your nearest repair centre with your proof of purchase to be fixed. Please note that warranty periods for accessories and batteries vary usually 3-6 month. For full details, please refer to warranty information packaged with your goods.
You will be refunded in full if we are not able to exchange your purchase with the correct products. Your payment will be refunded by the same means in which you made the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will notify you when the refund has been made.
miioutlet;does not accept Refund, Returns & Credit based on unsuitable goods and is entitled to not refund & return if consumers change their mind about a product (this includes when a consumer has found a cheaper product elsewhere, has brought a gift that is unsuitable, or their circumstances have changed and they no longer require the goods). Please select your good carefully or ask for our advice in writing before purchasing.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
