Any & all attempts will be made to provide you with the cheapest & safest postage to you. I will also incur some of the cost of postage for International customers. I pack every item in padded bags, boxes, satchels and whatever else it may take to get your items safely to you. I verify upon presenting to the post office a log of customers, their payment method, postage preference, etc. The post Master/Mistress then verifies with their signature that the goods I am posting are in excellent condition, the date and time of posting and signs my log! This verifies that I have indeed posted the items & have done so as safely as possible & that the goods were indeed in excellent condition at the time of posting. Once the item has left my hands it is up to Australia post/International post to carry the goods safely to your door. If the item reaches you, & it has been packed in a safe & responsible way, & there is any damage, then apologies; But I cannot take the blame! Australia post does not guarantee your items safety & will not foot the bill for replacement of item unless it has been sent via Registered/Insured post! Then and only then, will they replace the items. So once the parcel has left my hands, & I have packed &sent your item in the safest possible way, my end of the deal has been carried out. My apologies for any problems this may cause. Because of a problem person, this is the new way everything must be carried out! If the item is damaged due to my negligence in posting products to you, ie: not packing foils in a box, or lampwork beads broken because they were not sent in a padded bag; I will take the blame and replace the item, att no charge to the customer. BUT If I have correctly packed your items for their journey to you & it goes wrong, blame the POST!
Refund is via exchange only and at the buyers expense. I cannot be held accountable for something I have no control over, and I always recommend registered post. If you choose not to take the safe method, then apologies; but it is not my fault!
If the colour is slightly different ie: crystal/bead darker/lighter than anticipated, it could just be a difference in monitor settings on your computer; which I have no control over. The Swarovski family are constantly changing colours, inventing new ones, re-inventing old ones etc., so once in awhile they fade out an old colour as they are introducing a new colour. This may be inconvenient to you, & you will receive my apologies, but I can't do anything about the colour changes. Crystal sellers will tell you that the difference between wholesalers & new/old stock can be confusing even for us that have been buying crystals for years! So my apologies, but if they tell me this is the new "fuschia" or "silk" then that is the new silk/fuschia. I personally cannot change the wholesalers mind/Swarovski family mind. If I have made a genuine mess up of the posting, I have no problem taking the blame, & sending out new goods/replacing items.
BUT I am not a God, not even close; so I cannot control everything, though it would be nice! I can only do my best to give you the best quality service that I can provide, & be as helpful/polite as every seller should be! I will always do my best, and have your best interests in mind when making decisions; and include you in all big decisions; as long as you remember I am only human!!
Please only serious bidders...I spend alot of time and energy keeping all my listings up to date and my valued customers up to date in all their requests for goods. That way it keeps everyone happy! You, because your not wasting your money on goods you dont want, & me because I dont have to worry that the winning bidders aren't going to like the merchandise they just bought!!
