Is this DVD new? Are they copies? Are they Sealed?
All our DVD's are brand new purchased direct from Australian licenced distributors and never been viewed. We don't sell copies or bootleg under any circumstances. While we strive to buy all our DVD's sealed, but some times our suppliers do not deliver them sealed and this is beyond our control.

When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship your order within 24 hours after payment is received (Cleared Funds). You will be notified via email if your item is out of stock, you will also be e-mailed when your payment is received and again when your order is shipped.

Registered Post it can take between 3 to 5 Working Days. Express Post it can take between 1 to 3 working Days.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Australia usually takes about 3-5 business days. Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes about 5-9 business days (Depending on international freight companies). Note that although we endeavor to provide you with a speedy delivery, in some instances delivery may be delayed for larger parcels due to custom inspections.

What is a Region Code?
Region coding is a DVD standard to make DVD's playable in certain regions. Most of our DVD's unless otherwise stated, are region 4 coded. This means they will play in all DVD players that accept Region 4 DVD's. To be sure you can play them you can check your DVD player manual. You must also be sure your TV Set accepts PAL formatting as this is different to Region coding.
Below are the countries that can play each type of DVD region code.

What is PAL/NTSC?
PAL and NTSC are video formats of a DVD. NTSC is the TV format used in Canada, Japan, Mexico, Philippines, Taiwan, United States. PAL is the TV format used in most of Europe, most of Africa, China, India, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, North Korea. Most of our DVD's are PAL formatted, which makes them incompatible with NTSC only DVD player. However, there are some multi-vision DVD players which can play both PAL and NTSC DVD's available out there. Please consult your DVD player manual to see if your player can play PAL DVD's You must also check to see if you current TV Set accepts PAL formatted DVD as this is important.
Can I play this DVD on my DVD player?
It depends on what DVD and which player you have. We clearly state the region coding and video format on each of our listings (Just above the main DVD image). Please read the explanation above for more information on PAL/NTSC video format and region coding.
I think this DVD is faulty what can I do?
First of all, you need to make sure your player is compatible with the DVD. Please read the explanation above to find out more. If you are sure that your DVD player is compatible with the DVD, please contact us by email or by phone and we can arrange an exchange for you. We will replace your DVD with no issues but you MUST contact us first before you send the faulty item back to us. We will NOT accept any returns that have not been approved. Please note you have 7 days of receipt to contact us about a faulty DVD, outside that timeframe we cannot help you out.
