WHAT IF I am not sure about the quality of the product that I want to buy?

Please rest assured that all our products have a quality control from the manufacturer we offer WARRANTY return to our base for most of our products. For your information, we have been trying hard to keep our technicians busy ever since we started the company, but haven’t been able to until now ;)

Battery operated product(excluding toys): 3 Months
Electrical Appliance : 6 Months
Description with 1 year warranty logo: 1 Year ;)

7 days-replacement return to base warranty applies to all product if item sent to you is D.O.A (Dead on Arrival).

WHAT IF I do not recognise your system checkout?

Ask from us and your tax invoice will be sent to you along with your item so that you can claim your tax back :) Please be reminded that our final value has included GST in it.

WHAT IF I want to insure my item?

We do offer insurance to ensure the item delivered to you in a good condition. We do worship our shipping guy to assist us delivery items to you swiftly, but human does make mistakes. So, insurance is greatly encouraged so that we can cover the shipping guy’s mistake and of course, our cost!

WHAT IF the item I am looking is not listed or out of stock?

WHAT IF I want to wrap my item as a gift?

We do not do gift wrapping as the moment, BUT rest assured because our macho logistic guys are very gentle in handling the packaging for your item. All is done to make sure the item is secure and safe from the rough shipping guy (if there is any), any kind of weather condition or natural disaster.

WHAT IF I want to adjust or modify my order?

Please quickly send us an email at info@ozinnovation.com or give us a buzz before you make your payment. It may be too late if payment has been made, BUT we will try to find the best solution from any books or any search engine available for you.

WHAT IF I do not understand about the payment reminder email?


Again, please chase down our customer service if you need more explanation on this. However, the email is an automated notification from our system that you have not sends any payment. If you have, please do let us know and we will chase down our system to stop the email being sent to you.


Shipping and Handling Enquiries

WHAT IF I want to have a shipping discount on multiple items?

Don’t you worry! Our friendly automated checkout system will automatically calculate them for you. But if it doesn’t do it job, please let us know! We will personally do it for you!

WHAT IF I want to know about shipping and handling cost?

It depends on which item you are looking at. Please refer to our listings for the cost shipping and handling. Don’t you worry because our shipping and handling costs are reasonable as not only shipping cost is included but bubble wrap or boxes to make your item secure? Not to mention, the hard work of our logistics guy!

WHAT IF I want to get my order shipped today?

All order paid before 9.00 A.M. (AEST) will be processed and shipped on that day. We do force the shipping courier to come every day just to ensure all our customers get a fast delivery!

WHAT IF I paid my order after 9.00 A.M. (AEST) and still want to get my order today?

Please contact us and we will arrange a pickup for you.

WHAT IF I did not receive my item or only partial of my item?

We would recommend you to check with your family members. They may have gotten too excited and taken it away. If they don’t know anything about it, please let us know and we will chase down the shipping guys. Rest assured that we use registered post for our shipping and tracking those guys down is just as easy as a blink of eye.

WHAT IF I want to pick up my item?

Sure. Give us a buzz or email us at info@ozinnovation.com. We will arrange it for you.


WHAT IF I want to claim for warranty?

Please send us an email at info@ozinnovation.com and our customer service will take care of you.

WHAT IF I want to return my item for replacement?

Return is only acceptable if the item sent to you is found DOA (Dead on Arrival) within 7 days from the day of dispatch. We do not want to waste the sweat of our macho logistic guys who make everything happens. And, We do not like Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) because it is too costly.

WHAT IF I want to refund my item?

Unless stated, all our products are not refund-able but we will give credits if it is still in resalable condition or brand new condition within 7 days. We could not refund the shipping and handling cost because we have paid for the shipping guys to do their work and we do not want to let down our macho logistic guys.

WHAT IF I want to drop my return back to you?
