When will my order be shipped?

We ship your order within 3 working days after payment is recorded as received. You will be notified via email with your tracking details.

Will you ship to my country?

Yes,we ship worldwide. International orders are send by AIR MAIL.

What's the shipping cost to my country?

Please check the amount by using our postage calculator. Simply add your details to get a quick on the spot quote. We don't over charge on postage.

Can you combine shipping?

Yes we can, and we give discount for shipping cost for additional items. Please wait until all your auctions are finished we will combine shipping cost for all your purchases and give you the total amount.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Australia usually takes about 1-3 business days. Delivery to the rest of the world usually takes about 7-14 business days. Note that although we endeavor to provide you with a speedy delivery, in some instances delivery may be delayed for larger parcels due to custom inspections.

Can you register the parcel?

Yes we can. Additional fee of AU$2.50 will be charged if you wish to register your order. Please add the extra charges in your checkout process if you want your order to be registered. Note this service only available to delivery within Australia.

How is the item posted locally?

Australian small item orders are sent by either Aust Post Standard or Express Post please select on chckout. All large items are sent by courier and phone numbers need to be provided for a prompt delivery.

It's been too long now, where is my item?

If you haven't received your order within 15 days (Australia) or 30 days (outside Australia) please contact us with reconfirmation of you mailing address and item detail and we will investigate and contact you.

Can i pay by credit card but i don't use Paypal?

Yes you can. You need to include a telephone number so we can contact you and process the transaction over the phone.

What methods of payment do you accept?

For Australian Customer:, Australian Money Order, Paypal or Direct Bank deposit.
For International Customer: Paypal only.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can. Although you need to notify ebay for us to receive the listing fee refund. Please note ebay will not allow cancellations within the last 12 hours of the auction.

Quality control?

All our clothing items are brand new and have never been worn. We don't sell copies or faulty items. All garments come with original tags.

I think this item is faulty what can I do?

You must contact us within 7 days of receipt to make arrangements in exchanging your item. You must send the item back at your cost for inspection. If the item is faulty we will refund your postage cost and send you another.
