1. Why am I not getting any response after I
have sent numerous e-mails?
If you have not received any responses from us
after you have sent several e-mails to us, please check the "spam" or "junk
mail" folders in your mailbox in order to find the responses from us. Often
times, we received comments from customers about not receiving any replies, and
then they found our correspondence from the "spam" or "junk mail" folders.
Our hours for replying e-mails are
daytime from Monday to Friday. E-mails which are sent between Friday night to
Sunday will not be responded until the following Monday.
2. How
could I leave feedback for you or leave feedback it was gone.
When you get the item send
from us and there was nothing wrong with the dress please leave feedback for us
.Then we will do the same to you.
If the feedback was gone you can
try once again .Maybe then it was OK.
3.What should I do if I can't
see the pictures or the price ?
If you can't see the picture and price at first maybe you should
refresh the page the you will see the page clearly . Then you will see the
information clearly.

you have other colors and sizes in the same style?
In each and every auction, there is a line called " Click here for auctions in other sizes and colors of this style. " Under
this line, you can click the here to view other colors and sizes in the same
style. Or you can use the "Store Search" system on the left side of our eBay
store with the style number.
2. Which
size should I purchase?
In each and every
auction, there is a size chart or measurements of the item for buyers to review.
We recommend you to check the measurements before purchasing or bidding the
auctions.
3.What should do if I order
more than one dress?
If you need to buy more than one dresses. You just need to bid the dress
you like then make payment the dress you buy will show on our shop. If you plan to do wholesale with us and sell these desses in your local, please feel free to contact us.

4. What should I do if I bid on
the wrong size or wrong color?
If the auction that you incorrectly bid on has not yet ended, you can always
retract your bid by clicking

If the auction that you incorrectly has ended and you are the winner of the
auction, please request us for size or color change (we do not exchange style)
by e-mailing us before making payment. Your request will NOT be processed if you
do not receive our confirmation e-mail or if you have already made payment for
the item before you receiving our confirmation e-mail.

Can the sash or the red flower can removable?
I'm very happy you like the dress
.Because we sell ready made clothes so the sash or the flower can not be
removable unless we describe that.
If you remove the sash or the
flower by force it will affluence the whole beautiful of the dress. So it will
be better with the sash or flower on the dress.
6.Could you please cancel the
transaction when I don't want the item?
However, we can cancel the transaction for you. According to the policy in the
listing, a restocking fee of US$3.00 will be charged each, if you cancel the
order. And please consider seriously before you decide to buy the item .
7.Do you provide exchange
service when the item is not suitable?
Yes we could exchange the right dresses for you .But you need to ship the dress to
us and pay extra shipping fee.
We will ship the right dress to you after we receive the dress and shipping fee from you .Sometimes it will take
a long
time.

Shipment
1. Do you offer combine
shipping? If so, how?
We offer combine shipping, however, items must be paid in one single payment
and items must be shipped to the same confirmed address. Buyer must wait for the
last auction to end in order to payment all items in one single payment.
The combined shipping and handling rate can be reviewed under "Shipping &
Handling Information" section in every auction.
2. How quick will the
item be shipped once it is being paid for?
For Paypal Instant Payment - After we have received your payment, your
item will be shipped on the next business day (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
3. What are the
shipping and handling rates for international countries?
The shipping fee is listing on the page .Some times it will take US$ 18.99
shipping by air to your country.
4.Could you please offer the
tracking information of the item ?
Usually we will offer the tracking information with shipping message after we ship the package.Then you can track the
item on the internet(Not all countries can track the package's state from the internet) or contact with your local post office.
5.How many days should I expect
the item arrive when the item have shipped?
It always takes 10-18 business days to arrive you after we ship the item to
you via air. So you will expect the item arrive you within 20 business days.
6.What should I do when I am in
dire need of the dress and want you ship the item by fast shipping methods?
When you are in dire need of the dress and
want us ship the item to you via fast shipping methods please tell us in advance
.
Usually will ship the item
to you via EMS(Express Mail Service). It just take 3-5 business days to arrive you.And you are only pay USD$8.00 extra (Asia,US,CA,AU), USD$11.00 extra (FR,DE,UK).
7.Why I don't receive the item
over a month after I paid?
Because it is international shipping so we can't exclude some unexpected
things happen. So please feel free to contact us. The first, please contact with your local post office with the track number, maybe the package have been arrived your local Post office, but not drawed for some reansons. As the same time, we will contact with the post office and inqery with DOCUMENTS to know what was happen and give you
reasonable explanation.

my grand total of the transaction?
Your grand total will be the prices of the items plus the combined shipping
and handling rate.
2.Do you offer discount if I
buy many dresses?
Yes the shipping fee we will offer you discount if you buy many
dresses. As follows:

3. Do you
offer insurance?
The insurance is US$1.65(optional). It will be better to pay the insurance
rate .Because you will get compensation if the item you buy was destroyed or
lost on the during the way .If you buy many dresses the insurance rate we will
give you a little discount.
4. How do I
adjust the amount in Paypal payment to reflect combine S&H cost and other
purchases?
Since the automatic eBay and Paypal invoices do not reflect the combined
shipping and handling rate and other items which are not recorded in the
auctions, there are two ways to resolve this problem:
- When you are ready to make a Paypal payment, there is a section called “Seller
Discount" for you to adjust the amount of the payment. Buyer can add or subtract
the original total by adding numbers after the positive sign (for addition) or
negative sign (for subtraction).
- You can also make a Paypal payment directly by clicking “Send Money” on the
top of the page after you have logged into your Paypal account. Buyers must
choose "Service" in the "Category of Purchase" section to reflect the combined
S&H rate, and buyer must include the item numbers and other purchases
(gloves or hairpieces) in the "Note" section and a
confirmed address.
5. Can
items be sent to a different or an unconfirmed address?
For Paypal User, according to the Seller Protection Policy, we only accept
confirmed address listed in the address section of the payment to verify buyer's
identity; we do not accept other address from e-mail correspondence or from the
comment section in the payment. If you would like to change your confirmed
address, or if your address is listed as "Unconfirmed" in your Paypal payment,
please contact your credit card company for address change.

Could you accept other payment such as pay via moneybookers,money order , cashier's
check or credit card?
According to our company's policy
we didn't accept money order ,casher's check or credit card.We
are sorry by money order or personal check it takes 5 weeks for us to clear the
payment after we get your money order, and as to our company's policy, only
after we get the cleared payment can we start to send your items. So it is not
very convenient. So it will be much better if you pay the money via other way.
7. How can I make the payment ?

8.There is something with my
account I wonder if I could pay the money a few days later? Sometimes you need to pay the money within a week after you
bid the item. .But if
there is something wrong with your account or other reasons you had to pay the money a few days later please tell us in advance otherwise
the system will give you dispute if the buyer didn't pay the money after a
long time.
9.Will you make a invoice
for me ? Yes we will send you invoice cover the detail price of the
dress after you buy the item ,or you can pay the prices of the items plus the combined shipping and handling rate and insurance(optional).
