| A:99% of parcels are delivered on time without incident. In the event your item is damaged or lost in Transit, I cannot be held personally responsible, although will do all I can by lodging a claim with Australia Post. Insurance is available and optional on all items. |
| Q:Can you give me measurements to an item of clothing? |

| A:I will endeavour to measure upon request, however, please do not be offended if I cannot answer measurements immediately only due to the volume of items listed. Please assume items are the standard size for its label. |

| A:Most items are posted the same day or next working day from payment being received. Please allow up to 3-7 days for Australia Post deliveries. However most items are received 1-2 days after posting. International post please allow up to 6-21 days. |
