1. Do I need to provide my address and phone number?

You must make sure that we receive your correct delivery address (no PO Box addresses) and mobile phone number for making delivery arrangements. Items cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. If your phone number is not stored on eBay, please send us your phone number.

2. Can I pick up this item from your warehouse in person?

Due to the busy nature of our business there is not always a person in our warehouse and it is extremely hard to commit to designated times as things can change very quickly. On this basis, we do not allow pick up of any goods.

3. How much do I need to pay? Do I need to wait for the total before I pay?

TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE = Item Price + Shipping & Handling Fees (refer to Shipping & Handling sector above)
You do not need to wait for us to email you the total, simply Complete Check Out and add the correct delivery charge for your area. Kindly Note: Your delivery may be delayed if the shipping and handling amount entered does not match your post cost.

4. Do you send registered or unregistered mail?

All deliveries are sent via registered mail only.

5. Do you ship international?

Yes we can. This is done on a case by case basis and we are more than happy to give you a shipping price upon request.
