Sales Policy
Our terms are designed with YOU in mind and provide simple, no fuss protection. We adhere to all eBay trading rules and seek to ensure that you are a satisfied customer.
Before you bid, please read the Item Description, Conditions of Sale & our Sales Policy. If you bid on one of our items, it will be accepted that you have read, understood and agreed to all of these terms & conditions:
Secure Checkout
- After the auction you will be emailed a payment email with link with full instructions for payment.
- At the Checkout you will be provided with both online (PayPal) and traditional payment options (Internet Banking Transfer/Money Order), you will be able to confirm your shipping address and also purchase optional insurance for your item(s) if required. You will find all the information you need to complete your purchase.
Purchasing & Payment
- By bidding on our auction's you are agreeing to all our terms, conditions and sales policies.
- While all care is taken, any errors or omission in the item details is unintentional.
- All pictures contained within our listings are for illustration purposes only; items may vary in colour & finish from what is depicted.
- The winning bidder must complete the sale transaction via our checkout within 3 days from the end of the auction.
- Items not paid within 7 days will be automatically re-listed & submitted to eBay’s Non Paying Bidder Program.
- Non Paying Customers will be invoiced a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- For Bank Payment, Your ITEM NUMBER or EBAY USER NAME must be used as payment reference to ensure your payment can be identified. If this is not included, your shipment will be delayed.
- By bidding or purchasing an item from us you expressly agree to indemnify Speedy Sportz Pty Ltd from any liability, loss, injury or otherwise which may arise from the use, misuse, inability to use that item by yourself or any third party. By Bidding or Purchasing an item from us you agree that Speedy Sportz Pty Ltd liability is limited to the sale price of that relevant item.
- All prices include GST. A Tax Invoice will be provided to you on request, once payment has been received.
Shipping & Handling
- Please refer to the shipping table on each item listing for the cost of shipment.
- Shipments are usually made within 48Hrs of payment being received.
- Shipments are dispatched directly from our warehouse, pickup is not possible.
- Speedy Sportz’s shipping partners are Australia Post and Fastway Couriers.
- Shipping, handling & transit insurance fees are non refundable.
- Free Online track & trace is available 24/7 for all shipped items. Tracking details are provided on request once your item has shipped. You can access the system at http://www.eparcel.com.au/
- If you are concerned about the possibility of loss or damage to your item during transit, we highly recommend you to purchase transit insurance for your items. Low Cost, Fixed Rate Insurance is optional & available to you at checkout time. This covers you for the purchase price of your item only. Insurance Claims can be lodged via the forms available at any Post Office using your tracking number as reference.
- You can Save on Shipping when you purchase multiple items. If you want this service you must request it at the checkout. Discounted shipping rates are calculated as follows. The Item with highest Shipping & Handling amount will be charged at full price, with each additional item being charged at a 20% discount to their normal Shipping & Handling price. For example, if you won 3 items and S&H is $20, $10, and $10 each, combined shipping cost will be $36.00 ($20 + $8 + $8).
Delivery
- All deliveries are made to buyer's address provided in your eBay profile. Please ensure your information is correct before you bid, as we do not refund for shipment made on any incorrect information. Buyers will also be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as a result of unsuccessful delivery.
- Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery once payment has been confirmed. In most cases delivery is much quicker.
- Deliveries are made during normal business hours. If you are not home, a pickup card will be left for you to retrieve the item from your local post office or to arrange another suitable delivery time
- Speedy Sportz is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods during shipping, although we will assist you wherever possible.

Product is Faulty |
Warranty Claim |
(1) New Speedy Sportz products include a 5 year "structural warranty". Please contact Speedy Sportz directly for any warranty claims.
(2) Speedy Sportz will either repair the item or provide a full replacement product at our discretion. Should there be no replacement product available we will provide a refund.
(3) Your tax invoice is required to be presented as proof of purchase of any item. Warranty is only valid within Australia & is not transferable beyond the original buyer.
(4) All events such as physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product will prevent a product being accepted for warranty.
(5) Warranty commences from the Date of Purchase and applies only to the original item. Any replacement of goods does not extend or restart the warranty term.
(6) Purchasers are responsible for all return shipping & handling costs for any replacement item. Payment of return shipping must be remitted prior to the replacement of any item.
(7) Used Goods and Ex-Demo products are sold on an ‘As Is’ basis. No Warranty, Return, Refund or Replacement is available on these Items. |

Product is Dead on Arrival |

(1) We will either repair the item or provide a full replacement product at our discretion. Should there be no replacement product available we will provide a refund.
(2) The buyer must check their item immediately and report any damage or faults to the seller by e-mail within 24 hours of having received their item. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this timeframe.
(3) Returns must be approved and authorized in writing by the seller prior to their return. Any approved return will be issued with a Returns Authorization Number (RA). Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of having received the item. Products returned after this time will not be accepted. Products must be returned in the original packing materials with all accessories included. No responsibility is taken for goods returned without a Returns Authorization Number (RA).
(4) Speedy Sportz reserves the right to inspect any returns and accept or refuse any claims. All events such as physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product will prevent a product being accepted for repair or replacement.
(5) Purchasers are responsible for all return shipping & handling costs for any replacement item. Payment of return shipping must be remitted prior to the replacement of any item.
(6) Used Goods are sold on an ‘As Is’ basis. No Warranty, Return or Replacement is available on Used Items.
(7) Buyers are responsible for all return shipping, handling & insurance. COD returns will not be accepted. |

Items Not Covered by Warranty |
The following items are not covered by warranty. This applies to all products purchased from Speedy Sportz.
(1) Product Packaging - The exterior box or shipping package of the product.
(2) Product Accessories - Items which secondary to the main advertised item... ie Free bonus items, Skate pads, Skate Tools etc..
(3) Product Consumables - Items which would be replaced during the normal course of operation... ie form hand grips.
(4) Bonus Items - Items included for free with original purchase.
Should you wish to have warranty on your purchase, you will need to pay the difference between the winning bid price and this amount. |
